Somebody is driving through the night right now, exhausted and hundreds of miles from home… just trying to make it back to their FAMILY.

Lord, please watch over every truck driver on the road TODAY.

Protect them from dangerous WEATHER.

Keep them safe from distracted DRIVERS.

Give them strength when the miles get LONG.

And help them find a safe place to REST.

Because behind every semi is somebody's husband, wife, father, mother, son or DAUGHTER.

Somebody is waiting for them to come HOME.

May every driver reach their destination SAFELY.

And may every trucker who's reading this make it home to their loved ones.

God bless our TRUCK DRIVERS. ❤️

Before you book, account for BOTH washouts:
🧼 Before loading.
🧼 After unloading.

Confirm the shipper’s washout requirements, budget for the cleanup, and leave time to get that trailer ready for its next load.

A rate can look good until the expenses you forgot start eating into it.

Know the load. Count the costs. Protect your profit.

FMCSA is preparing a new study that could reshape how detention time affects truck drivers’ Hours of Service.

The agency plans to test whether qualifying drivers should be allowed to pause their 14-hour driving window for up to three hours. The pause could include off-duty time, sleeper-berth time, or certain on-duty/not-driving time at a shipper or receiver.

For drivers who spend hours waiting to load or unload, that could eventually mean more flexibility after long dock delays. However, FMCSA is also studying whether a longer effective workday could increase fatigue or create new pressure on drivers.

This is not a new HOS rule. The research is meant to help FMCSA decide whether this type of flexibility can be used safely in the future.
