Please join us in welcoming Jim Mayfield to the All Point team as our new Assistant Student Transportation Operations Manager (ASTOM)! Jim brings extensive leadership and operations experience, including business ownership, project management, and a strong background in public service (law enforcement). In his new role, he will support daily transportation operations, including scheduling, dispatch, safety, and staff coordination to help ensure safe and reliable service. We’re excited to have Jim on board and look forward to his contributions to the team!

We’re excited to announce the promotions of Sherrel Clark and Christina Hajdukovich to Area Operations Managers, and Sarah Jones to Student Transportation Operations Manager!

𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐤 has been a key leader within the company, consistently driving department alignment, accountability, and strong day-to-day performance. Over the past several months, she has expanded her responsibilities, helped bring consistency and stability to her department. Her focus on communication, compliance, and ex*****on has made a meaningful impact across her operation.

𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐇𝐚𝐣𝐝𝐮𝐤𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐡 has been leading across multiple locations, including All Point, Lee’s Summit, and Wichita. She played a critical role in the successful startup of Wichita, helped bring that operation online in a very short timeframe while continuing to support her other locations. She brings strong leadership, energy, and a dedication to drive positive results.

𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐡 𝐉𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬 has stepped up to support operations, take on additional responsibilities, and helped keep things running smoothly. Beautifully written from one of our Assisted Student Transportation Drivers:

The Brotherhood of the Blue Shirts
For the last couple of years, I have worked part time for a company that transports students from place to place in Dodge mini vans. Usually from home to school and back again. Sometimes from school to school.
We all have blue shirts with the company name embroidered on them. Even though we may not have worked with another associate, the fact that we are both wearing our blue shirts means that we have a common bond. Associates that we may have never seen before becoming new friends. Our bond transcends the normal hesitation that we might have in encountering someone we haven’t seen before.
It is an interesting phenomenon that is rarely encountered. Even when I was in the Army, this feeling of immediateness didn’t always happen. It seems to happen here. After being with the Company for a couple of years, it just hit me that this is the case.
There are some interesting sidelights to this work. The vans are all lined up in the parking lot of our building where we are headquartered. When they pull out in the mornings, it is like the drones leaving from the beehive to go out into the world. The radio antennas coming out of the roof of each van give it an additional point of reference. Maintaining contact with Dispatch through the radio is useful and, sometimes, very interesting. When we have a problem, Dispatch has us go to “Channel Two” to discuss. How many other vans change the channel to hear the problem is unknown. But, it is possible.
Sometimes, there are issues. Most of the time, it is just business as usual. All of it being handled in a professional way by the Brotherhood [and/or Sisterhood] of the Blue Shirts.
