From Incheon International Airport South Korea to Atlanta to Appleton is what’s on the menu for our guest that will be arriving tonight🇰🇷✈️🇺🇸

Our guest boarded Deltas A350-900 series a few hours ago and is currently somewhere over the North Pacific Ocean🐳

After 13 hours & 48 minutes crossing the pond he will arrive in Atlanta at approximately 7:00pm this evening~with a quick jaunt through US Customs, and a switch of planes he will be arriving in Appleton tonight about 10:45pm🛩️

Here at S2S, we always keep close tabs on our guests flights throughout their travel journeys, this is what we call “A bit of legwork behind the scenes”👩🏻‍💻

❌🛄❌Do Not Leave The Airport If Your Airline Has Misplaced Your Luggage❌🧳❌

A few days ago S2S had a guest that was waiting patiently at the baggage claim for her bag shortly after landing.

After watching all of her fellow passengers grabbing their luggage & heading out the terminal door, she realized her large checked bag was no where in sight.

While S2S was parked out front waiting for her, she came out empty handed. She was less than impressed & visibly exhausted from her long travel day.

As she got in the car, she mentioned she would “just go online tomorrow and file a claim”. S2S explained to her that with my prior airline employment that I would very highly suggest that she file a PIR (Property Irregularity Report) immediately as the vast majority of bags are returned within a few days, but she must officially document the loss asap to protect her right to reimbursement and compensation.

S2S offered to walk back in with her to United Airlines check in counter to get the ball rollin’…

We made a quick loop around the airport ground transportation area and parked in the free 15 minute parking space and her and I headed into the counter where we were greeted by a very sweet & helpful UA agent. Within about 10 minutes we had the PIR filed & were on our way home.

This afternoon this lovely guest called to let me know that her luggage was delivered to her doorstep last evening & that she was rested up and ready for another adventure in the near future🏡🧳🚪‼️

Blanche: "I cannot believe they lost all our luggage! Now I'm gonna have to go an entire weekend without underwear!"

Sophia: "Yeah. You usually slip into a pair by Sunday afternoon."😂🤦🏻‍♀️
