At Little Rock Coaches, our drivers are so much more than “just the driver.” They are part of the experience, part of the journey, and sometimes, they become part of the group. ❤️

We are so proud to recognize our driver, Larissa Rigsby, who has had the honor of driving Leadership Arkansas Class XX many times. This wonderful group recently made Larissa an honorary member of their class and presented her with a certificate for “Service Above Self.”

What an incredible reminder of the impact our drivers make every day — not only by getting passengers safely to their destinations, but by showing kindness, professionalism, dependability, and care along the way.

Today our drivers participated in an important training session focused on new protocols and continuing to provide the outstanding customer service our passengers expect from Little Rock Coaches. 🚌

At Little Rock Coaches, safety, professionalism, and customer experience are always top priorities, and ongoing training helps keep our team prepared and ready to deliver the best service possible every day.

We also enjoyed a great lunch together and appreciated the opportunity to spend time as a team! Thank you to all of our drivers for your hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence.

🚎 Driver Spotlight: Meet Keith Nigro! 🚎

Keith drives out of our Little Rock location and specializes in our trolley transportation services! Whether he’s helping guests enjoy a special event or cruising through downtown, Keith is always focused on creating a fun and memorable experience for every passenger.

When he’s not behind the wheel, Keith enjoys spending time doing yard work and walking his dog. He says one of the reasons he enjoys driving is for the extra income and the opportunity to meet new people along the way.

Something you may not know about Keith — he absolutely loves dogs! 🐾
