Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and experienced drivers to join our team. Applicants must have verifiable wheelchair securement experience.

Compensation:
Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit
35+ Hours per week

Job Responsibilities:
Availability to work flexible hours between 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Sunday through Saturday
At least one Saturday and/or Sunday shift per month required
Ensure timely arrival at work
Accept work orders from the supervisor for client trips
Transport clients to their destinations safely and on time
Assist clients with entering and exiting the vehicle
Report to the supervisor upon client drop-off at their destination
Communicate any traffic delays or incidents to the supervisor immediately
Operate wheelchair lifts as necessary
Follow all company policies and protocols

Qualifications:
Must be at least 25 years old
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to complete paid online training and in-person training, including:
CPR and First Aid Certification
Wheelchair Securement Training
Defensive Driving & Transporting Passengers with Special Needs
Sensitivity Training
Proof of work eligibility
Clean criminal background (no felonies)
Ability to pass a drug test
No out-of-state licenses or MVRs are accepted
Minimum of 3 years of driving experience
Must be flexible and available to work between 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Sunday through Saturday
Driving Record Requirements:
Clean driving record for the past 3.5 years
No DUIs or open container charges
No drug-related charges
No hit-and-run charges
No driving with a suspended license
No speeding tickets in the past 3 years
No speeding tickets in school or work zones

Additional Requirements:
Potential candidates must provide a 7-year MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) and Background Check from local law enforcement.
