When you're in London to meet with international partners, a little sightseeing is required. We see you, Mark and Mike. 🇬🇧

We had the pleasure of attending the Inaugural International Case Management Conference, "A Global Gathering for Health System and Health Plan Leaders," at the Pullman London St. Pancras. The event brought together leaders from health systems, health plans, case management, and innovation communities around the world to discuss how we can continue to redefine care management for the decade ahead.

They had meaningful conversations with case management teams across the UK and connected with U.S. case managers who traveled to London to collaborate and share experiences. One takeaway stood out: healthcare is delivered differently from country to country, yet the challenges facing patients, families, and healthcare professionals are remarkably similar.

Conversations like these remind us of the value of learning from one another across borders.

We're grateful for the opportunity to build relationships across the international healthcare community, and we look forward to seeing where these conversations lead.

One of the best parts of USCIPP was connecting with healthcare professionals who were curious about air ambulance transport and the work that happens behind the scenes.

A special shoutout to Carl from our Flight Coordinator team, who spent time sharing his expertise, answering questions, and giving attendees an inside look at what it takes to move patients safely and seamlessly.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by. We're grateful for the connections and conversations that continue long after the conference ends.
