We’re excited that the word is now being spread about deploying blockchain in the U.S. trucking industry. Our approach is unique: Enrich and retire long haul truck drivers (LHTDs) in 12 years. Permanently end the truck driver shortage in 90 days. Recreate a modernized version of the poorly-built and highly-inefficient existing FTL infrastructure. Install the only decentralized blockchain with geospatial management, capable of matching, managing, and moving FTL freight shipments. And return control of the industry to truck owners. Its going to be incredible!

Many trucking companies have become reliant on factoring firms to help truckers receive quicker payments, as these entities ensure payments are made within 10–14 days.

Six years ago, I went deep-diving into the trucking industry to find a way to enrich long haul truck drivers. Because they deserve it! Because there is enough money in the system to do it. Because nobody cares, enough.

I found a way. And it will blow your mind.

It starts with creating a decentralized digital currency, with smart contract functionality, accepted by trucking companies worldwide as the preferred method of payment for moving FTL freight shipments. Making it incorruptible and relatively predictable, with stable pricing and low volatility.

In effect, Bitcoin done the right way!

I called it GDPcoin. And now a total supply of 3,960,000,000 GDPcoins are sitting on the Avalanche Blockchain waiting for a limited release to ‘early-adopters’ on November 1, 2022 which precedes our official launch in March 2023.

In 2020, Knight-Swift Transportation reported net earnings of $410 million. That equates to $46,804 per hour. JB Hunt reported $506 million, which is $57,763 per hour. According to Glassdoor.com, the base pay of a long haul truck driver peaks at $86,000 before taxes.

IF we assume that the best long haul truck drivers (LHTD) pay 20% in taxes and keep 10% of their income after expenses, then we can say that their disposable income is $6,880. That equates to $0.79 per hour of net earnings, which means Knight-Swift Transportation out-earns the best LHTDs by $60,000-to-1.

Is that fair? IF no, can it be changed to favor LHTDs?

The two biggest complaints LHTDs have about their job is their INCOME and HOME-TIME. Both are grossly inadequate. The dilemma is more time at home means less money. And more time on the road making money means less time at home. It’s a zero-sum game that the industry has ignored for 40 years.

With Truckonomics, we did the unthinkable. We found a way to change the compensation plan, which changes everything... everything!

A founding principle of the economic theory behind Truckonomics is that LHTDs share in the profit of their industry. This doesn’t mean that they share in the profit of their employer. It means that under certain conditions; the rules of capitalism allow LHTDs to capture the profit of their employers’ competitors.

As a change leader, Truckonomics will align with successful, ambitious, and visionary leaders to affect healthy change, at any cost. For some people, this means the end of the road. As a disruptor, Truckonomics will lead a counteroffensive against manmade wealth extraction subsystems to remove obstacles and constraints that disadvantage LHTDs.

Why is nobody offering LHTDs this level of help?

Ever heard of “million dollar poverty?” It’s a condition that every long haul truck driver will find themselves in IF they don’t start thinking about proper investment income and planning. And its an opportunity that every top carrier firm with high turnover rates should be trying to capture.

With more retirees responsible for their own financial security, a $1 million nest egg won't be enough.

SSI is not a pension. It will only prevent total starvation and poverty, IF it is still viable in 2035. ALTERNATIVELY offers truckers (all industry employees) a chance to retire after 10 years w/ an ongoing retirement income of six figures.
