What an absolutely beautiful, soul stirring day on the St. John Heritage, Civil Rights FAM tour& Soulful Experience!🎉🏛️ This tour is a true passion of mine, born out of a deep love for our community and a burning desire to bring awareness to the incredible history, culture, and people that make this place so special.

Yesterday, that dream became a reality, and I am overwhelmed with gratitude! 🙏🏾❤️

And what a breathtaking way to close out our soulful journey! 🌅 We ended the day at the beautiful Frenier Landing, where Mr. & Mrs. Jeffrey and Tara Alexander and band blessed us with the most soulful, heartwarming sounds that moved us to our core. 🎵🎶 The music, the laughter, the amazing food, it was a true reflection of the love in this community! 🍽️😍

A very special, heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Crystal ( Frenier Landing) for receiving us with the most warm and loving welcome. 🤗💕 You made every single person feel right at home. That kind of community spirit is everything THANK YOU! 🙌🏾

What an incredible day! 🎉 Today marked a milestone for United Front Transportation as I led our very first FAM tour one that’s especially meaningful to me because I personally designed it from the ground up. 💛
Alongside Tour Guide Theron Oubre and Educator Derron Cook, I had the pleasure of welcoming the Woodland Museum staff to explore the rich history and heritage of St. John the Baptist Parish. Our journey included:
✨ Historic sites throughout LaPlace
✨ The powerful Civil Rights Trail in Reserve
✨ River Road’s historical treasures 🏛️
✨ A special visit to Historical Soul River Museum, owned by Pastor Perrilloux and First Lady Rita Perrilloux, where the group toured this incredible tribute to our heritage 🙏🏾
✨ A delicious lunch at the legendary Mama’s Kitchen 🍽️
✨ The historic West Bank of St. John
This wasn’t just a tour it was an opportunity to share the stories, struggles, and triumphs that make our community special. Seeing the Woodland Museum team connect with our local history made every moment worthwhile. ❤️
A special thank you to my husband, Chad for preparing the special gift bags for our guests those thoughtful touches made all the difference! 🎁💕
