Todd Abbott! “Dispatcher”



Todd has been in the trucking industry for over 30 years! Todd started working in the trucking industry as a professional driver.

Over many years of hard work and exemplary dedication to his job, Todd made a name for himself as the guy who got things done. If you needed a load covered, he was the guy who did it with no complaints.

This dedication caught the eye of all around him and eventually got him moved him into the office side of the team.

Todd’s knowledge of driving makes him a proficient dispatcher and an excellent resource. Todd currently dispatches for our Kansas City office, “although he has most of his experience navigating and dispatching in one of the largest rails in the country, Chicago”.

This weeks driver of the week is Jeremy Prior,

Jeremy is one of our most senior drivers at our terminal and has been driving in the intermodal business for over a decade. He brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to our division here at Forward Intermodal Kansas City.

Jeremy is a veteran who served over 15 years in the U.S Military as a Mechanic and we are very proud to have such an experienced veteran on our team.

As you can see from his photo, Jeremy loves to joke around. His crazy personality is always refreshing to hear from in the office and puts a smile on everyone's face.

Driver of the Week “Week #22” 2022 Heather Frey

This week’s driver of the week is Heather Frey!

Heather is one of our most senior drivers with Forward Intermodal KC. She loves starting early and will usually have half a day’s work done before most drivers are even on the road!

She is a hardworking, dedicated Mother who enjoys spending time with her family. Her bright sarcastic personality is always enjoyable for us to hear from.

Heather’s commitment to safety is also one of her strongest qualities. Her knowledge, expertise and safe driving habits make her a professional driver at the highest level!

Vidal started with Forward last year in September. Vidal is extremely hard working and will almost always pickup Overtime to work weekends when offered.
