As the 2026 season kicks off we are looking for a driver!

Wisconsin Sanitary Solutions - Excavating, Demolition & Dumpster Rentals is searching for Hooklift dumpster Truck Driver, immediate start available if desired. We are a well established, locally owned company looking for experienced CDL drivers to join our team.

WSS provides roll of dumpsters to customer looking to dispose of construction and landscape waste materials. This role will work directly with customers to service cans; including delivery/pick up, waste removal, and scheduling. We provide waste removal for concrete, construction demo materials, as well as landscape waste. Waste is often sent to material recycle sites as well as the Landfill. Experience in operation of hook truck is preferred but not required.

We have year round Class A work available for full time driver. We typically work 40 to 60 hours per week, with overtime pay.

We have an excellent safety record and ask our driver to uphold those standards, as well as standard truck care and maintenance. Daily task include but are not limited to:

- Maintain a CLEAN and orderly truck at all times.
- Demonstrate good communication skills with clients and suppliers.
- Ability to coordinate with several on-site foreman on jobsite specific needs and timing.
- Meet or exceed quality standards of the industry
- Maintain up to date Fed-Med card and proper credentials (MSHA etc.)
- Maintain accurate and complete truck tickets which are to to be turned in weekly with timecard.
