Apex Trailer Evansville, IN is hiring for a Parts person.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Phone, front counter and walk-in sales.
Must be computer literate, knowledgeable in Microsoft office programs.
Usage of Sage 100 is a bonus but not required. Will train the right person.
Ordering parts for customers and keeping track of such orders.
Hours are 8:30 - 5:00 Mon-Fri. 1/2 hour for lunch.

Apex Trailer Sales & Service is hiring three semi-trailer tanker craftsmen. Candidates need to be able to MIG & TIG weld stainless, carbon and aluminum. The candidate must also have experience as a trailer mechanic. Must be able to cut out and replace shell sections, install outer S.S. jackets, and outer head jackets. You need to be able to diagnose and fix light systems, including ABS/anti-brake systems. You need to be able to perform all annual HM, PM & FMCSA inspections as well. Candidates need to be a tier 4 or 5 mechanic or a true tanker craftsman.

Apex will pay top dollar to the candidate that has the skills needed for a tanker craftsmen.

Semi-Trailer Mechanics Evansville Indiana
This position is responsible for servicing and repairing equipment in a safe and cost-efficient manner. The technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, servicing, and repairing of trailers, containers, chassis and other equipment. Technicians must be able to complete all fleet maintenance processes and ensure that units meet Apex specifications at all times.
· Experience in semi-trailer maintenance and repair and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
· DOT certified in FHWA Inspections & Air Brakes. (Preferred)
· Welding experience. (Preferred)
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
· Have basic tools or join our Tool Program
· Positive Attitude.
