🚕 HUDSON AREA CAB UPDATE 🚕

Hudson Area Cab is now officially tagged under as part of the Taxi WIS Hudson Region branding structure.

The Hudson Area Cab page and local branding will remain active permanently to help maintain local recognition, customer trust, and visibility for airport transportation and regional rides in the Hudson area.

This page will continue operating with updated Taxi WIS branding while keeping the established local identity customers already recognize.

Hudson Area Cab and Taxi WIS now require a mandated deposit for certain pickups.

If we do not have a driver within 10 minutes of your pickup location, a deposit is required before dispatch.

This change is happening because many customers in Hudson call Uber, Lyft, Delta, and other local cab companies at the same time, then take whichever ride arrives first. In many cases, the customer does not cancel, does not answer the phone, and is not at the pickup location when our driver arrives.

To protect our drivers’ time and travel costs, we will no longer send a driver more than 10 minutes from downtown Hudson without a required deposit.

Pickups in or near downtown Hudson may not require a deposit if a driver is already within 10 minutes of the location. All other pickups are subject to the deposit requirement before dispatch.

Hudson Area Cab now offering airport trips at a fixed $75 rate for sedan service (1–3 passengers) with yellow cab taxi service. Available starting Sunday through next Monday.

This special rate is valid daily from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. for early morning airport transportation.

Rate includes trips up to 60 minutes. If the total trip time exceeds 60 minutes (from pickup to drop-off), an additional $0.40 per minute will apply beyond the 60-minute mark.

This promotional rate is not available over the phone and must be booked online only. The system will automatically adjust your price to the discounted rate at booking.

Due to recent fuel price spikes this week—ranging from $3.69 per gallon in the Hudson area to as high as $3.89 in the Baldwin area—Hudson Cab has implemented a temporary 5% fuel surcharge.

This adjustment helps offset rising operating costs while allowing us to continue providing reliable service.

We appreciate your understanding and will remove the surcharge once fuel prices stabilize.
