We want to share some important information about professional car service, limo service and shuttle service pricing in Massachusetts.

Operating a properly licensed and insured for-hire transportation service is costly due to strict Massachusetts insurance requirements, airport regulations, vehicle costs, fair driver compensation, ongoing maintenance, and compliance obligations. These requirements exist to protect passengers.

Recently, we’ve seen an increase in “fly-by-night” transportation providers offering unusually low rates. Many of these operators are not properly licensed or insured as required by Massachusetts law to provide for-hire transportation.

Please be aware: if you are involved in an accident while riding with an unlicensed or uninsured service, you may not be covered for medical expenses or liability, leaving you personally at risk.

When choosing a car service, price should never come at the expense of safety, legality, and peace of mind. We remain committed to operating fully compliant, properly insured, and professionally maintained vehicles so our clients are protected at all times.

This is a PSA for members of our community looking to find cheaper transportations options. Yes, private transportation is expensive, its expensive due to Massachusetts regulation which is set to keep you safe.
