Keep It Cooler LLC is hiring an experienced **Forklift Operator** for our refrigerated produce warehouse operations in the Rio Grande Valley.
We are looking for dependable candidates with strong produce handling experience and familiarity with a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. Our operation handles all types of produce, including tropical fruits and berries, so product knowledge and careful freight handling are extremely important.

Job Responsibilities
* Safely operate forklifts in refrigerated warehouse environments
* Load and unload refrigerated trailers efficiently
* Handle produce carefully to avoid product damage
* Move and organize pallets throughout dock and warehouse areas
* Assist with cross-docking and trailer loading operations
* Verify pallet counts and freight accuracy
* Follow warehouse loading patterns and safety procedures
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements
* Previous forklift experience required
* Produce warehouse experience highly preferred
* Familiarity with all types of produce is required
* Experience handling tropical fruits and berries strongly preferred
* Ability to work overnight/night shift schedules consistently
* Comfortable working in cold storage and refrigerated environments
* Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
* Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting
* Strong attention to detail and product care
