We are now accepting applications and interviewing for part-time drivers. **Please do not apply if you do not have an F, S, or V Endorsement on your license** Thank you!

Requirements:

You must be a minimum 25 years of age
Minimum H.S. Diploma
Pass all Pre-Employment background checks (Criminal, DCF, S*x Offender, Drug Screens)
Valid Driver's License- no history of suspensions
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)- no moving violations of any kind in last 3 years
First Aid and CPR certified (training provided)
1-3 Years of Driving Experience preferred but not required
F, S or V endorsements IS a MUST ++ (Higher Pay)
Must have reliable transportation
Part time 20-30 hours a week. Full time for the right candidates.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Operates assigned company vehicle in a safe, professional courteous manner;
Maintain a professional demeanor with passengers, school officials, foster parents, social workers at all times;
Ensure vehicle is safe for adult child passengers, check tires, warning lights, gas levels are maintained at no less than half a tank, etc.;
Ensure passengers are using proper child restraints, car seat, booster seat, etc.;
Ensure the safety of child passengers including but not limited to ensuring proper pickup and drop off locations. Ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs ;
Maintain clear communications with management regarding late pickups, incidents with passengers, inclement weather conditions, etc.;
Confirming scheduled routes Via text message reply; Must have a smartphone
Reads and interprets GPS maps and driving directions to plan the most efficient route service for passengers;
Required education:

High school or equivalent
Required experience:

working with children: at least 2 years
professional driving: at least 2 years
Required licenses or certifications:

Valid Drivers License
First Aid and CPR
F , S or V Endorsements are a MUST
