Looking to hire a full time class A CDL driver. Must have a clean driving record and be willing to work. Pay is percent of load pay, experience and work ethic drives pay. Home every night with weekend work available but not required. Work consists of flat bed, end dump, hopper bottom, and pneumatic. Year round work. Two years of experience required.

H&H Agri Services is looking for both owner operators and drivers serving the Mid-Atlantic area. Candidates must be customer focused, polite, and recognize that we serve the companies we haul for.

Benefits for Drivers:
• PTO – can be used as vacation, sick and holiday pay (earn 1 week year one)
• 401(k) with company contributions after one year – full vesting after three years

• Employee choice of pay – hourly rate starting at $22.50 or mileage starting at $.60 per mile
• All drivers are started on a Mack less than 10 years old with an automatic transmission, front facing camera, and governed at 70 mph – once on boarding period is over, driver has choice from available trucks

• Summer work is primarily Flatbed and winter is End Dump – Hopper when needed
• Every load paid within 3 business days (except Hopper loads – paid within 15 business days)
• Home most nights and weekends (occasionally an overnight is required to meet schedule requirements)

• Trailers available if needed for a per trip/day fee – Flatbed, Hopper, End Dump
• Mechanic Services available onsite

Get to know H&H Agri-Services: We are looking for CDL drivers to join the family and we are based out of Hagerstown, Maryland. Experienced drivers to recent grads are welcome and we are looking forward to getting to know you and for you to get to know us. Our schedules include both local and regional hauling with routes that change daily. Plan on a Monday thru Friday schedule with most nights and all weekends off. Once established there will be no slip seating and you will be home every night. During harvest seasons, weekend work is available. Use this experience to gain valuable work history to advance your career or as a way of changing from long-haul routes to get your nights and weekends back. Loads are hopper bottom and flatbed loads.
