Accidents happen, right? This is what comes to mind when we see one.

In the past 2 months I have answered phone calls from 2 of our drivers who were involved in horrific crashes. I am happy to report both drivers walked away by the skin of their teeth.

In both instances neither driver had footage for me to send to the insurance company to demonstrate the crash was not preventable.

Despite what you believe, Samsara plus CAMERAS save you from liability. It also protects your loved ones in the event of something major happening to you. Providing proof is KEY!

I was able to obtain footage on both of these drivers and prove both drivers were going the speed limit with use of Samsara.

When temperatures drop this far, unprepared operations don’t just struggle. Fuel becomes cloudy and eventually gel up. Filters clog, condensation freezes in lines, and engines are starved of proper flow. What often starts as cranks can quickly escalate in to no-start conditions, emergency service calls, and costly failures.

If your operations is not winter-ready performance will slow down, reliability will suffer with customers, and downtime will increase.

Please take the extra time to winter proof your equipment! I cannot say it enough.

It is hard to believe it has been 24 years since 9/11 happened. I would love that everyone take time out to remember the tragedy and what you were doing that day we all witnessed the horror. We will never forget to honor the Police and Firefighters who risked their lives to help the injured among the demolition, the surreal event, or the lives of loved ones we lost.
