We’re looking for someone with a positive, upbeat personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting the job done. The ideal candidate will be customer-service focused, organized, and able to multitask effectively.

This is an office-based position that requires strong computer skills and confident phone communication.

Job responsibilities include:
• Dispatching drivers
• Track and trace of shipments
• Confirming shipment details and documentation
• Problem solving and handling shipment issues
• Answering calls related to shipment status
• Negotiating freight rates

Schedule:
Thursday through Sunday, 10-hour shifts.
