Please welcome bus 674 to our fleet! This is a VERY special, VERY high-spec Thomas EF. We are proud and honored to have it. Hopefully it will be seen all over the Greater Portland area for years to come!

Dirigo Bus Lines is seeking qualified, experienced, friendly part-time school bus operators. You decide on route or Sports Charter. P&S, or P, endorsement required. Experienced CDL operators can be trained for these open positions.

We’re ready for spring! Are you? It’s time to start our fleet’s “spring overhaul” process. We go over each and every bus in great detail, make assessments on repairs, refurbishment, and even scheduled replacements. We take our findings and amend our plans as needed. Our Engineering department is always making updates and fabricating components to meet our specifications. A perfect example of this is the brand new stainless steel step well we fitted to bus #19 last summer. After researching, we decided the added cost of the stainless steel stepwell was warranted. In addition weve updated almost every bus to lightweight more economical Alcoa aluminum wheels which look beautiful, but more importantly do not rust like the steel wheels do.

Bus #21 will be servicing route #21 tomorrow AM. How awesome is it that an on call bus is covering a route temporarily and will NOT require custom numbering? Driver #21, on bus #21, on route #21! Have you seen our buses lately?
