When making a delivery order, here are a few tips that make our job easier and help make sure your delivery goes smoothly:

1. Have the package ready for pickup so our drivers don't have to wait.

2. Use proper packaging. Open bags, handfuls of loose items make it harder to keep track of what's yours. Help us by putting your precious cargo in a closed container.

3. Double check the delivery address. You are responsible for giving us the correct address so our drivers don't go on a wild goose chase!

4. Details help; but don't be cryptic! Our drivers sometimes get instructions that read like a scavenger hunt ("look for the wood gate on the right of the property, follow the flagstone path for 187 feet, then turn right and look for the box tucked behind the hedge. . . "
