This week's spotlight goes to Howard Roache Jr.

Howard recently had two clean DOT inspections in just three days—an accomplishment that doesn't happen by accident.

Clean inspections are the result of doing the little things right every day: thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, taking pride in your equipment, operating safely, and following the regulations that keep our highways safe.

Meet David Carter, our Regional/OTR Dispatcher.

David has been with Highways & Skyways Transportation for more than 12 years, but his trucking experience goes back over 50 years. His knowledge of this industry is something our drivers, customers, and team rely on every day.

My relationship with David actually goes back to 1997, when we first worked together. Over the years, I've seen firsthand the professionalism, integrity, and calm approach he brings to every challenge.
