Meet Vincent Games: Rennia's Dedicated Mechanic, Firefighter & Family Man ✈️

In a world where balancing work, passion, and family can be challenging, Vincent excels in all three areas, making him not just a remarkable employee but an extraordinary human being. His journey at Rennia, where he has been a dedicated team member for 1 year and 6 months, is a testament to the power of hard work, commitment, and a genuine love for what you do.

Growing up, he dreamed of being a firefighter or police officer, but his love for planes eventually led him into aviation. Today, he’s a skilled aircraft mechanic, but he hasn’t left those early aspirations behind.

Born and raised in Elsmere, where he continues to live and serve, Vincent is known for his dedication to his community. At just 27, he’s already the second assistant chief at his local firehouse—a role that reflects his leadership and deep-rooted commitment to helping others. His greatest motivators are his wife and kids, who inspire him to be the best version of himself every day.

Outside of work, he leads a busy life filled with family, firefighting, and aviation. When he’s not at his full-time job, he’s working part-time on small aircraft to gain avionics experience. Seeing his children, especially his four-month-old daughter, smile brings him the greatest joy. 😊

One of his proudest moments at Rennia was completing a challenging triple engine change on a Falcon 50 in Gainesville. His success reflects both his technical skills and his commitment to quality and safety. ✈️

What sets him apart is his customer-focused approach. He believes in doing every task to perfection, knowing it reflects on both himself and the company. This attention to detail is key to maintaining Rennia’s reputation.

Beyond mechanics, he’s passionate about aircraft photography, capturing planes as they truly are without heavy photoshop. He believes this honest portrayal can lead to better work and more successful charters.

At Rennia, his philosophy is simple: do what’s best for the company, whether that means staying hands-on or stepping into leadership. He’s driven to pass on the knowledge and skills he’s gained, always striving for excellence.

Despite his achievements, he remains humble and focused on continuous improvement. He dreams of finishing his pilot’s license one day, a goal he started pursuing in high school but had to set aside due to financial responsibilities. He also hopes to travel out west to see the Badlands or Alaska, drawn to the natural beauty and untouched landscapes. 🌄

Whether he’s working on aircraft, serving his community, or spending time with his family, Vincent is always driven by a desire to help others and make a positive impact. His story is one of passion, dedication, and the pursuit of excellence in everything he does.

Above all, Vincent hopes to be remembered as someone who cared deeply about others, always putting their needs before his own, with a passion for aviation and an unwavering commitment to his family.
