DMG Expediters and Couriers As Permit Expediters, we acquire, for a fee, all types of Building Permits for Contractors, Construc ** VERY IMPORTANT!

PLEASE READ!**

A Permit Run that is requested, at least, a day in advance is: $200.00
( If the Permit is requested the same day, then an additional $200.00 "Emergency/Urgency Fee" will be assessed to the Permit run ). This $200.00 is the fee for the time invested to acquire the permit. Other expenses like, parking, and unexpected miscellaneous extras, will be in addition to that base fee. If the

run is in Washington, DC; City of Annapolis, MD; City of Alexandria, VA; City of Hagerstown, MD, or any jurisdiction where a county permit is not enough for our client to execute their project legally, will automatically be a $300.00 base Permit run fee. All Permit runs must be paid for at the time that our Permit Expediters arrive to pick up the information we need to successfully complete the Permit acquisition.
