Today, we pause to remember and honor the victims of the September 11th terrorist attacks, as well as the first responders and everyday heroes who risked and gave their lives in service to others.

✈️ Commitment to Aviation Training at REVA Air Ambulance ✈️

Here’s a look inside the flight deck of a LearJet 45 simulator, where Captain Allyson Emmer and First Officer Helen Carey completed their vigorous week long recurrent training at FlightSafety International in Atlanta.

Recurrent training is more than a requirement, it’s part of our culture of safety and professionalism. These sessions ensure our pilots remain sharp, proficient, and fully prepared to meet the highest FAA and international standards. All REVA pilots attend this training twice a year. This is above and beyond the FAA Part 135 training requirements.

We’re proud of Allyson, Helen, and all of our flight crews who dedicate themselves to ongoing training and excellence. Their commitment means that every REVA mission is flown with skill, precision, and compassion, because our mission is always to bring patients safely home. ❤️🌍

💜✈️ A Mission Close to Home 💜✈️

At REVA, every mission is personal, but some truly hit home. Recently, our own Safety Manager, Michael Keith Hoagland, EMT-B, CFC sustained an injury while in Philadelphia. As a company committed to care, safety, and rapid response, we were honored to bring Keith home aboard one of our medically configured aircraft.

Our Fort Lauderdale based medical and flight crews ensured Keith received the same VIP treatment and comfort we provide to all our patients worldwide. The transport from Philadelphia to Fort Lauderdale went smoothly, and Keith is now resting and recovering surrounded by his loved ones and his REVA family.

We also want to extend our sincere thank you to the outstanding doctors, nurses, therapists, and administrative professionals at Jefferson Health for the expert care and compassion they provided during Keith’s stay. Your dedication made all the difference. 🙏

A special thank you to REVA Flight Nurse Brittany Bartram who never left Keith’s side; from the moment of injury in Philadelphia through his care at the hospital and all the way home to Fort Lauderdale. Your commitment, calm presence, and compassion truly exemplify what it means to be part of the REVA team. 💜👩🏻‍⚕️

🔥✈️ Sharing Our Passion with the Next Generation ✈️🔥

This week, REVA had the absolute pleasure of welcoming the Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue Fire Explorers to our base thanks to our amazing partnership with City of Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport.

These incredible young people got a behind-the-scenes look at medevac transport and air ambulance operations. From stepping inside our aircraft to learning how we care for patients in the air, their energy and curiosity lit up the hangar.

It wasn’t just about showing them the gear, it was about sharing the heart of what we do. They inspired us just as much as we hope we inspired them.
