Today, we proudly celebrate an incredible milestone, 1 million safe miles driven by one of our very best, Jason Wilde! This achievement is no small feat. It represents years of dedication, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to safety on the road.

Instead of the traditional celebratory lunch, we decided to switch things up and make it extra special, taking Jason, along with some of our team and his family, out to a Dodgers game ⚾💙. It was a great night filled with laughs, memories, and a well-deserved celebration of everything Jason has accomplished.

Jason, your hard work, and commitment don’t go unnoticed. You are a shining example of what it means to be part of the Fontana family, and we are incredibly grateful and proud to have you on our team.

Here’s to the next million.

Getting better starts with listening. Our Driver Development Manager Antonio spent the day on a ride along to gain firsthand perspective, identify pain points, and find ways we can better support our drivers. Because the best improvements come from the driver’s seat.
