Our May–June Chef’s Table menu has arrived.
This season is all about balance and depth with rich, comforting flavors paired with bright, thoughtful touches that highlight the best of what we love to cook. From a simple, refined amuse to our 60-day dry aged New York steak with morels and truffle, every course is built with intention and precision.
We’re keeping this experience intimate, focused, and ingredient-driven. Exactly how we believe dining should be.
