Now Hiring: Experienced Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic with strong experience working on Kenworth trucks, Caterpillar (CAT) diesel engines, and air suspension systems. If you are confident in your diagnostic ability and can weld when needed, we want you on our team.

Position Details:
• Full-time position
• 40 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling available

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment
• Perform engine repairs and troubleshooting on CAT motors
• Service and repair air suspension systems
• Handle electrical diagnostics and driveline repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance and DOT inspections
• Welding and fabrication as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:
• Proven experience working on Kenworth trucks
• Strong knowledge of CAT diesel engines
• Experience with air suspension systems
• Welding experience required
• Own tools preferred
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Located in Salt Lake City. We are looking motivated responsible Full-Time diesel mechanic.
Responsibilities:
Diesel Technician / Heavy Truck Mechanic will perform quality repairs and maintenance on all Heavy Truck and Diesel Engines as specified in manufacturer designed procedures or accepted industry practices.
Diesel Technician / Heavy Truck Mechanic will accurately complete all paperwork including repair information on work orders, information for state inspections, etc.
Dedication and adherence to all company and industry safety standards
Job Requirements
High school diploma/GED preferred
Diesel repair and maintenance experience in a heavy truck / DOT compliance
Knowledge on A/C system, brake system, emission systems, air systems and diagnostics/troubleshooting of diesel engines and trailer assemblies.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes night and weekend shifts
Must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and MVR check
Wage Depending on Experience.

Be on time for scheduled Shift (this includes weekends)
Pre-inspection of truck
Keeping accurate daily truck tickets
Transporting materials safely to and from the job site
Light truck maintenance, including keeping the interior of the truck clean and maintained
Communicating regularly with dispatcher and foreman to ensure job site instructions
Communicate potential on-site hazards to management
Performing other duties as assigned
Willing to work night shifts when needed.

Qualifications:
Must have a Class A Driver License in good standing
Current MSHA Training(Not required but a plus)
Clean MVR Pass
Pre-employment Driving test
Pass Pre-employment and Random Drug Screens
Must have experience 1-2 years of experience
Must be able to understand and follow directions.
