Courteous, on time , very pleasant, clean vans, equipment in good shape. They are 30% LESS then competition. As a RN I look at certain things like locking mechanism, any loose equipment etc as safety. All equipment in good condition and Marvin prides himself on customer service. Truly goes extra to assure trip is pleasant. I have used 3 total companies, the other two I had safety concerns ( Fire extinguisher not secured and was rolling around in one and other was roughest ride and everything RATTLED like coming down). I like the people, service and whole experience from Valley CARE Transport. { Note CARE, they really do}.
