customer with a communication issue on their truck.The unit was showing J1939 network codes and would not go into Drive.

⚙️ Diagnosis revealed a communication failure with the TCM (Transmission Control Module), affecting transmission operation.

A full diagnostic was performed including:
✔️ Electrical system check
✔️ CAN / J1939 network inspection
✔️ Modules and wiring inspection

Currently working on resolving the issue and getting the unit back to 100%

Another truck back on the road!

Last week I worked on a Cummins 6.7 that came in with several active fault codes. The truck was also in derate mode and wouldn’t go over 50 mph.

After a full diagnostic with professional software, the issues were identified and resolved:

⚙️ Fuel system problem – fuel pump inspected and corrected
⚙️ NOX sensor was dirty – cleaned and restored
⚙️ Fault codes cleared and system reset

The derate was removed and the truck is now running smoothly and back to work.
