I am hiring 25-30 owner ops this week! We are busy! You run my refrigerated trailer, get direct deposited every Friday, you can run your authority or mine.

My company is Jax Transport MC 677331. I started my company 16 years ago with a 2007 Dodge dually and I was the guy driving it.

We are a 340+ truck company (200+ owner operators in 140+ company drivers ) with 2 locations, Amarillo Texas and Omaha Nebraska.

Our direct customers are Tyson, National Beef, Seaboard, Caviness, Cargill, SSI, Affiliated Foods, Hilmar and Pacific Cheese and many more.

The numbers:
1. We averaged $2.77 a mile on all miles last week including deadhead last week, which we would pay you 85% oif you had your own authority or 76% of if you run mine. there is no trailer fee.(if you wanna run our authority you have to have a CDL two years.)

2. Drivers average between
$ 7 to 11,000 gross a week.

3. Our guys are taking home $2500-4000 (after fuel and expenses) a week for owner operators running our authority, and $4000 and $6000 for guys running their own Authority (you still need to pay or your fuel)

My name is Chase Thornton, and I am the operations manager for our new Omaha, NE division. I am beyond excited to be a part of this great team and be a part of the growth we are striving for in the Midwest at Jax. I have been with the Jax team for a short time, and in that time frame I have felt truly at home. With our main headquarters in Amarillo, TX I spent a week down south for training on the system and learning the Jax way. From the moment I walked into the office to this day, I have felt nothing but welcomed and loved. My team has the upmost confidence in myself and my abilities to ensure our growth up North.

A little about me. I have lived in Omaha the last 8 years, and it is now home! I was a military brat growing up with my father being in the Air Force. I have lived in Turkey, Washington State, Texas, Oklahoma and now Nebraska! I myself joined the Air Force fresh out of high school in 2009 and spent 7 years in the service. I am a father to two beautiful children. 6-year-old son CJ and 4-year-old daughter Berkelee Grace. I am a husband to my lovely wife Bree as well! I have spent the last 9 years in the transportation industry. The most recent two years was in an office setting managing a fleet of 125 drivers running the Western 11 states and Texas. Before that I was a driver myself! Drove an estimated 1.2 million accident free miles hauling livestock and produce across the country and the Midwest. With the knowledge I gained by being a driver, I can turn that into positive thinking for my drivers. I have been in their shoes, I have lived the OTR life, and I can relate on a personal level with them. We take care of our drivers here at Jax and I personally take pride in that.

In my spare time I enjoy playing golf, competitive men's softball, spending time with my family and doing date nights with my wife! We love ourselves some Texas Roadhouse and a movie at the theatres! We love taking our camper out in the summer and being outdoors.J
