Here is a quick breakdown to help you choose:
Guided Appointments are perfect if you want to complete your return on your own laptop with support from a certified VITA volunteer. Ideal for simple returns and typically take about 30 minutes.

One-on-One Appointments are best if you want a certified preparer to complete the return for you. These appointments usually take about one hour.

No matter which option you choose, VITA is here to make tax filing easier, more accessible, and completely free for qualifying taxpayers!
