Part Time _Office Assistant Needed for Arise Forward Medical Transportation Company
Location: Corona, CA
The Office Assistant Will Be Responsible for The Following:
- Perform the communications activities, such as emails, faxes, reports, and other correspondence.
- Manage the incoming/ outgoing calls.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Mange the employees’ timecards and make sure all the data is accurate.
- Help in the process of the interviewing and the on boarding process.
- Help in the dispatching process of the daily trips.
- Review the logs to assure the accuracy of the billing data.
- Perform all admin tasks as requested.
