DONATION SITE !!

Caldwell Ag Fairgrounds, along with AgSouth Farm Credit, Ideal Transport, Kicks 103.3 and Bobcat of Lenoir have partnered together to make Caldwell Ag Fairgrounds, 2461 Fairground Road, Lenoir NC 28645, a Donation Site.

We will work together to get donations to anyone in need. There will be one 53ft trailer that will be for Non-Perishable foods, Water, Pillows , Blankets, Diapers, Baby Formula, Personal Hygiene products, cleaning supplies, first aid kits, Flashlights and Batteries, Work gloves, trash bags, etc. The 2nd 53ft trailer will be for Agricultural items such as livestock feed, dog/cat food, crates, pet supplies, etc. We are also accepting Hay for horses, cattle , goats , sheep any livestock hay needed. Square or round bales.

We will work together to get these items distributed to various drop off stations. We will work to get Hay and Livestock feed to farmers in need.

Drop off times as follows:
Wednesday October 2nd 3:00pm to 6:00pm (and if you need a later time, you can contact any of the following listed below). Thursday & Friday drop off times will be posted later in the week.

Skid steer will be onsite to help load and unload pallets. WE HAVE HAY ON THE WAY.

Well, if it isn’t Mother Nature, it’s the Ice Pick Bandit!! Folks, please be careful, it’s a crazy world in which we live!

The vandal known as the 'Ice Pick Bandit' has picked up the pace of attacks, hitting at least 50 trucks in just two weeks, terrorizing I-30 and I-40 in Tennessee and Arkansas.

Drivers Be Aware !!! I-40 from Statesville to the Tennessee line has been closed to keep people from traveling west. Please check your local DOT sites for accessibility

Be mindful of your conditions!!! I-40, that a lot of truckers use to get East/West is closed in the Gorge due to the road washing away. I-40 is also closed in Asheville due to rock/mudslides. Please be safe!

Jarrett Anderson, our very own race car driver showed up in the warehouse to let all the kids (and big kids too) get their picture in a real live race car! Check him out at the Tri-County Race Track and cheer for the Ideal Teansport Lucky #13!

Melissa Carr was responsible for all of that delicious homemade ice cream! 150 cups of pure deliciousness! Vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, black cherry, caramel swirl, mint chocolate chip, and the list goes on, complete with sprinkles, gummy bears, syrup and all the fixin’s! Did I say that the mint chocolate chip was to die for? Kyle Carr also brought his racing lawnmower for all the kids to see! We are truly blessed to have them be part of our family and Fiesta Day!

Juan Melchor, brother of our own Elisa Melchor always does a wonderful job with our tacos, quesadillas, pico, guacamole, and all the fixins! He comes all the way from Monroe to keep us fed and we love him and his family!
