Douglas was awesome! It was so nice not to have to worry about driving in all that traffic on our way to the hotel and snow on our way back to the airport! Loved the large SUV, too! Douglas was so personable and professional. Always keep me informed when to pick us up and where. He made our winter visit to Columbus so less stressful!
