Building Update: There are four levels to this 1888 building. The third level has our overnight suite rentals... complete. The road level will be our main bourbon bar... 30 percent complete (it's a good thing Nick works very well under pressure). The basement - 😝 oh the basement. This is a HUGE task - old beams, stone walls, dirt floor, etc. This may not be complete by our June official grand opening but it will be worth the wait. A special thanks to all the contractors who are coming to our rescue in making this dream happen.

A bourbon bar on the wine trail could lead to a bourbon trail in southern IL. ?? Sounds good to us.
