Good morning everyone. Happy Friday and Happy Halloween weekend! Remember this weekend to be extra cautious and extra safe as all the little ghouls and goblins will be out and excited to be trick or treating. There will be a lot of trick or treating and gatherings throughout the weekend in most areas, so be vigilant around businesses and areas where you drive near or around neighborhoods.

Safety reminders:
*Pay attention to your surroundings.
*Pay particular attention at crosswalks and intersections.
*Reduce your speed, especially in neighborhoods or busy
downtown areas.
*Do not use cell phones or other handheld portable devices.

Drivers and trick or treaters should both exercise caution on Halloween. Visibility may be reduced at twilight, and the late afternoon sun is often a blinding experience. By remaining alert to your surroundings, you can protect yourself and others from harm, and make this and every Halloween a fun and memorable event!
