Truck Driver Needed
Class A
Full-Time Position

We are seeking a reliable and experienced professional driver to join our team. You will be responsible for transporting materials between various locations. This position requires a commitment to safety, adherence to transportation regulations, and exceptional driving skills.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate and maneuver a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) to transport goods and materials to designated destinations.
Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer to ensure roadworthiness.
Secure cargo properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel, and deliveries using electronic logging devices (ELDs) and other tracking systems.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and warehouse personnel to coordinate pickups and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized truck cab and trailer.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Report any mechanical issues or vehicle damage to the appropriate personnel.
Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Qualifications:

Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver, preferably in a regional or long-haul capacity.
Knowledge of and compliance with DOT regulations and hours-of-service requirements.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects and operate manual and mechanical loading/unloading equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in various driving conditions.
Willingness to be away from home 2-4 nights per week with weekends at home.
Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
