During September of this year the AAR conducted S-2034 and M-1003 audits of FCA’s newest facility in Castanos, Coahuila, Mexico. FreightCar America is pleased to announce that this facility meets the requirements of S-2034 and M-1003 and is certified as a builder of freight cars at this location.
