-Minimum of 3 years in the logistics industry
-Prior experience developing and growing new carrier relations
-Ability to work efficiently under pressure
-Ability to pay close attention to detail
-Practical understanding of TMS and CRM software
-Strong verbal communication skills - communicate with carriers, peers, and the management team
-Experience with challenging and inspiring carrier sales executives
-Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
