That's it. I am always happy to share my good business experiences and I share very few of my bad ones - things happen. I understand sometimes you should offer grace and the benefit of the doubt. NOT TODAY. US BANK has done pi**ed me off and I hope you all hear about it and tell all of your friends. I LOVE my local bank, Bank & Trust Company in Chatham. It has been a great 20 year relationship. They don't currently have Zelle services so I was forced to open another account when I started LRL. Zelle service is a required staple in my industry as a broker. I chose US Bank in Springfield. TIP - DON'T DO IT. They will blow you smoke about their superior service and platforms for business, they are a big regional bank and the technology blahblahablah.. BUT IF THOSE POLICIES PROHIBIT YOUR BUSINESS FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH YOUR OWN MONEY WHILE THEY CHARGE YOU TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT - they should just stop with the lying.
2 TIMES NOW - I have been locked out of my online account for "security reasons" they deem "reasonable". I get that. SO - tell me where to call to validate my transactions with MY MONEY and MY CREDENTIALS? I am NOT CLOSE to my daily/weekly limit and am NOT overdrawn? Thats what you promised me no? Platform for business? How do I get back into my account? This WAS NOT A username/password issue. They just LOCKED IT. Tell me how to get back in to pay people I have standing on the street in California? "Oh we can't do that. you are just locked out for 48 hours." NO APPEAL, NO OPTION, NOBODY WITH ANY POWER. OK jackasses let me tell you how MY BUSINESS WORKS- I have $500,000 worth of cars on the road, clients pay their bill on time. IN TIME For me to allow the money to settle, so that I can pay my carriers ASAP as they require COD to deliver vehicles... WHAT DO YOU THINK their opinion is of MY BUSINESS when I have to beg them to wait on their $1500 for a few days? It makes ME look like a punk. It makes ME look unworthy of the financial commitment I have to them and my clients. HERE IS THE TRUTH- US BANK IS NOT WORTHY OF YOUR FINANCIAL BUSINESS. THEY DON'T CARE- IF your business promises people premium service, transparency, accountability, fiducial responsibility - I EXPECT THE SAME FROM THE BUSINESSES I SURROND MYSELF WITH TO MEET THOSE PROMISES, US BANK is completely incompetent and unable to back up their mouths.
Will be ANOTHER PAIN in the ass, but THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE and will be changing, the DAY I get back to Illinois.
