We had a special visitor stop by yesterday.💛

If you’ve been around The Farm Patch for any length of time, then you know Mr. Sam. With that bubbly personality and the kind of smile that could light up the whole store, he’s been part of this place for a long, long time.

So many of y’all remember how he’d offer bananas to the kids, it was such a small thing, but it made a lasting impression! 🍌 That is just who he is, always thinking about someone else, always making folks feel welcome.

We love Mr. Sam more than we can say and are so thankful for all of the years he poured into The Farm Patch!

💔 Honoring a life gone too soon & supporting a family in grief

I want to take a moment to share that Trooper John Ross Westerman, a beloved son, family member, and friend, has passed away following a battle with cancer.

He passed away on Wednesday, and hisservices are next week. Visitation is on Tuesday in College Station. Funeral services is Wednesday in Bryan at First Baptist Church. A live stream will be available on the Hillier Funeral Home website. Link below.

Trooper Westerman is survived by his wife and three children. He was a Houston firefighter before joining Tx DPS and was serving the Waco area before his passing.
