It’s always nice to receive these mid afternoon. It keeps the day going.

“Thanks so much for all your help with our transfers this past week/weekend.
We had a positive experience with each ride, and it was great to connect with one of your drivers, Joe, again, who I had worked with in the past.
He is simply the BEST! Always so pleasant, patience and very welcoming.”

We honor the 2,977 innocent lives lost on September 11, 2001, and remember the extraordinary courage of the first responders and ordinary citizens who showed profound humanity in our darkest hour.

Even our chauffeurs get in on the fun! Chauffeur Regil, always a good sport, joined the selfie while taking this group to see Bruno Mars at Gillette Stadium. Hope everyone had an amazing night! 🎶

It’s Friday!

Good morning,
This past Wednesday was my first time using UPC and I could not have been more pleased. Jimmy Russo was prompt, professional, and could not have been more accommodating. I will definitely be reaching out the next time I require car service.
Thank you for following up and have a wonderful weekend.

It’s a rainy and gloomy Tuesday morning here in the Boston area; however, when we receive reviews like this, it brightens the mood.

Transportation these days has essentially become the Wild West as there are a lot of unregulated options out there that are imitating professional ground transportation companies like United Private Car.

However, the educated consumer knows the difference, and if you are a parent, it is even more vital to know who’s driving your children?

This parent had contacted us the same day as she didn’t have a means to get her children home from a local concert and she didn’t want to take any risks.

“We had a last-minute request for a driver to pick up a group of teenagers from a concert, and they were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and professional. Everyone was picked up quickly and was safely within 45 minutes of the concert ending. Such a relief as parents, and we really appreciated the great service. Would definitely use them again!”

A beautiful start to the day in Boston. 🌅⚓

Our chauffeur Joe K. captured this great shot of the Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum earlier this morning. Joe has a knack for finding some incredible views while out around the city.

It’s hard to beat Boston—where history is around nearly every corner.

Although it was a sad occasion for this client, it brings us great pride, knowing that we were able to make things easier for her.

Hi Jason,
Once again, your car service from start to finish was impeccable.
Sadly, this was a personal ride which I booked to transport a friend to my mom’s funeral service.
We all had so much to get through yesterday, and the ride went so smoothly, and your driver Regis was so wonderful, that it lessened any stress for the transportation, so a big thanks to you, Regis, Rep Isaac and all your staff for such consistent, exceptional and professional services.
