A reminder to our past and future customers:
Starting in 2024, we implemented a new policy for our quoting communication. This policy is also prompted in our auto response on messenger.
We understand that sometimes circumstances change or a quote does not match a budget! Please make sure to be respectful in communication and inform us if you've decided not to go with our services.
Starting in January of 2024, we no longer provide quotes or services to inquiring customers if they ignored a previous one or left us on "read".
Our quotes are always free! But they do cost our time to create them.
If you are working on a budget, please let us know that with your quote request and we will happily take that into consideration prior to quoting you. We are happy to refer you to other colleagues that may better fit your needs and locations!
