Reserve it in our brand new booking system, that sends you appointment confirmations by text or email, fully and thoroughly detailed receipts and invoices. Summer traffic can take a “toll” (pun intended! 😜) on us, in addition to the construction going on at JFK that’s causing 2-3 hour travel time. Hiya everybody!! How is everyone liking our brand new booking system?!? Yay or nay?!

So, I'm new at this just as much as everyone here and I'm learning a LOT along the way and I want to help all of you navigate it with me! So, here are some DOs and DONTs for our new booking system!

DO: Put your own address into the "address" part of the appointment.
DONT: put in the airports address. While it says "perform service at clients location" and it sounds confusing, it certainly does! But that's what the "appointment notes" are for. If youre looking to be picked up at the airport" Kindly type in pick up at Jfk / LGA, Tweed etc airport, and provide your flight number. Also In the time of appointment please put the time you'd like to be picked up or an approximate pick up time, if you don't know and like us to determine that for you, tell us in the appt. Notes....we got you :)

DO: Use the appointment notes to tell us your flight information, including your airline and flight number. Please make sure you provide us your passenger and bag count. AND if you'd like us to provide a booster or car seat. The last thing we need to happen is to have 4 people squished in a sedan!!
DONT: leave out that vital information lol

DO: let us know if you just absolutely hate the new system, and want to just call us to book it for you just like we did before. Sometimes, people rather do it through text and that's okay!

DONT: please please do not forget that if you're being picked up at 2 o'clock in the morning, to add the overnight fee in in the add ons section of the bookings page lol. If you pick up is past exit 37 off 95, there will be a tiny distance fee. A list of our fees can be found on our page here or you can text us!

DO: BOOK US ANY TIME! this page is open 24 hours a day. HOWEVER... IF you have a next day booking and it's after 8pm, please call us. Same day booking? Call us. Our next day booking cut off time is at 8:00pm.

DONT: Call or text us after 10pm or before 7am on weekdays to make change or cancel an appt... the show...i mean,... the sleep must go on! 🤣.

DO: Leave feedback here! I WANT to know if you really do like our new system, or it's a flop!! Feedback helps us grow! I am looking to better Phoenix Travel in any and every way I can to make your experience with us tippity top notch.

DO: I have dozens upon dozens of existing bookings to manually transfer into this new system that's probably gonna take me a couple weeks to complete. Please by all means - feel free to add yours to get one off my plate!! You won't hear me complain 😂

Hello Phoenix Travelers!

Well, spring break...broke us 🤣🤣 this year, we made Phoenix travel history with 25 reservations in ONE day split between 8 of us!! We have had the best, busiest spring break week (well, two weeks!) all because of all of you who recommended us. We can't thank you all enough! Hello Phoenix Travelers!! If you are new here and are looking to book with us, here’s a little FAQ section for ya!! 🙂

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Are your prices one way or round trip?
I always post one way and NEVER per person.

So, what does this price include?
The price includes gas, tolls, good service and laughter. If you have a debit or credit card, you’ll have to pay a tiny bit extra on tax. Tips are encouraged - our drivers…. And their SUVs, work extra hard, just to bring you the best personalized service Phoenix travel of fairfield has to offer.

What about overnights?
Unlike most companies, we won’t burn a hole in your wallet to getcha at 4:00AM. If your pick up is anytime between 12 midnight and 4:45AM, just a $20.00 extra charge will be applied. ….I know! Unbeatable!!

What if my flights delayed?
These things happen! When you book us, we ask for your flight number. That way, we can track if it’s delayed, on time, or early. Rest assured, we’ll be there when your plane lands, right outside of baggage claim, at the passenger pick up area.

And payment?
Our payments are easy as pie. Cash, or card. We accept all major debit cards. Payment is always due at time of service, and deposits are absolutely not required. No credit or debit card needed to book with us EVER!

Cool! How do I book and when can I book?
Ready for the easiest car service booking ever? Snap a picture of your flights itinerary, your name and address, and send it in a text to (475) 225-1553. Don’t worry, leave the pick up times to the experts! we’ll make sure to get you there safely and on time. Our drivers operate 24/7, round the clock! However, the bookings line to make, change, or cancel a reservation or for any inquiries, is open from 7:00am - 10:00pm Monday - Friday and 9:00am - 9:00pm on weekends. Please understand that we do not respond outside of those hours.
