Today, Riverview Companies was honored to be invited to attend the Change of Command Ceremony aboard the historic LST-325 in Evansville, where our President, Jeremy Putman, and his wife Julie was in attendance.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Captain Bob Kubota on his retirement after years of dedicated service to this incredible vessel and its mission of preserving history. His leadership and commitment have helped ensure that the legacy of LST-325 continues to educate and inspire future generations.

We also congratulate incoming Captain John Vaughn. Having served as pilot for many of the LST-325’s summer voyages, Captain Vaughn brings valuable experience and a deep connection to the vessel as he steps into this role.

Another day on the river—rain or shine.

The City of Bellevue, with Capt. Jordan Steines at the helm, assisting the HFL Mariner southbound in the Lock 12 on a dreary afternoon. Conditions may not always be ideal, but the job still gets done safely and efficiently.

This is what dedication on the river looks like.

Days like this make deliveries even better!
Luke headed out to the Crimson Glory with clear skies and sunshine all around.
It’s not often the ladies get out on deliveries, but Kelly made a special trip to visit with cook Jim and the crew.

We appreciate every opportunity to connect with crews out on the river - it reminds us how lucky we are to work with such amazing people.

Kelly and Rebecca checked out the AWG Showcase this week on the hunt for newer, better products to keep our river crews stocked with the best-because we're always looking for ways to bring more value (and variety) to our customers on the boats.
..but those puppies up for adoption might've been the real highlight.
