This trucking company (Super Ego) is setting ppl (drivers, O/Op) to fail. They are promising you a 12/88 split 3.5yr lease. Which may sound amazing to the ppl who don't know trucking. But what their really doing is..... Booking loads cheap, deadheading you far for you to waste fuel, negotiate rates and take off top and tell you less then what it really pays, and take 12% off that. You never see an original rate con. They email you a dispatch sheet or text you your load info..... This is p**f that this company is not what they claim to be. And on top of that! They have a big lawsuit against them. So when you see their add. Don't even bother. You'll do better work for Swift or someone else!

Compliance issues to note🗣...the government is now closer to passing this proposed PRO bill into law this year. If this is passed its going to wipe out OOs from being able to sign on to run under another authority. Very similar to California's AB5 bill which looks to enforce the employment status of a 1099 contractor to a W2 employee. This PRO bill will hurt mom and pop trucking companies as well as OOs.

Small mom and pop companies usually 1099 its drivers to classify them as contractors. If they were W-2 employees they would have to offer things such as benefits, paid vacation and taxes taken out. Most drivers don't want this because its going to make their paychecks smaller.

If OOs who sign on to companies to save money and/or don't have the money to purchase their own insurance will be forced to become an employee of the company or leave and obtain their own authority and insurance. This law will force thousands of OOs out of the business until they have the capital to operate on their own.

Democrats in Congress have re-introduced legislation that trucking industry stakeholders fear will wipe out the independent contractor model.
