Update: It’s been found by Tyler and Brittany congratulations 🎈

The answer to the cipher is: Go to the 1st National Bank entrance, cross the cross walk to the other side. Go past the postal drop off, past the original greatest ice cream floats west end drug, it’s not the natural beauty, it’s past the sunrise but the surf shop is to far. It’s probably in the leafs.

Treasure Hunt #7 Let’s take a break from Ciphers.

This park was originally called something else.

It was renamed more recently 1999. You don’t normally see dogs barking here. Matter of fact I’ve only ever seen one dog barking there, I guess you would say it’s a barker.
