Attention GET Riders: Golden Empire Transit District will hold a public hearing tomorrow, June 16, 2026, to present an overview of vacancies, recruitment efforts, and retention strategies and the FY 2026-2027 Budget.
A person wishing to present testimony may appear and be heard or may submit written comments to Golden Empire Transit District, 1830 Golden State Avenue, Bakersfield, CA. 93301 for inclusion in the official record of the hearing. Additional opportunities for public comment at Board meetings are described on GET’s website: https://getbus.org/board-meeting-zoom-link. In order for your comments to be read into the record, they must be received no later than 1:00 P.M. on June 16, 2026.
