Well, today is our last day.... we will be running until 11pm and we will officially be permanently closed.

Wes/pops will be running 7-5ish and David 5p-11pm. So give them a farewell if you see them.

Wes/dad/pops/papa - thank you for a working for us for the last 2.5 years, your hard work, knowledge, dedication, support and flexibility has been appreciated so much. We are going to miss seeing you everyday. Although you're still stuck with putting up with us on the regular. 😉 💜 we love you lots.

Richard- thank you for sticking it out with us for the past year. Your work, flexibility, ideas and support have been appreciated.

David - you've spent countless hours working your butt off to make the business work. Days of little to no sleep, and working countless hours. Missing out on things or having to cut your time short to make the business work. You made so many sacrifices to provide for your family. We appreciate everything you've sacrificed to make this work as long as it did. Now you'll be able to enjoy more family time and catch up on some sleep.

Lastly Thank you to the Baker City community that supported us over the last 3.5 years. We made so many friends and developed so many relationships over our time running the taxi.

We will still be around town and will still love to say hi💜

Thursday is our last day.

Elkhorn Taxi owners David and Stephanie decide to close their business effective August 31st after three and a half years.

Thursday August 24th we will only be open 7am - 9am due to our employee having an apt and we don't have anyone to cover for the rest of the day. We will reopen August 25th - 31st 7am - 11pm. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

To our valued customers,

It is with a very heavy heart we have to announce that Elkhorn Taxi will be closing August 31st, 2023.
Unfortunately, the economy is not sustainable to continue and we have to do what's best for our family.

Gray's West & Co. Pioneer Chapel has donated a total of $500 dollars to Elkhorn Taxi for free rides home from the beer garden at the Baker City Broncs and Bulls this weekend.
$250 of it was donated in honor of Dylan Thomas, and $250 was donated in lieu of them giving free rides home.

We will be running until 3am or later as needed to get everyone safely home from the rally celebrations!
$8 for a one way and $12 for a round trip! -round trip does include back to your vehicle the next day if you do drive there but decide to drink! As always thank you for the support!
