This truck grossed $9K last week.

Total Weekly Gross: $9,000
Carrier %: -1,800
Fuel: -$2,005.76
Insurance: -$344.50
ELD: -$25
Total Weekly Net: $4,824.74

**Drivers pay their own truck/trailer payments. I am not privy to that information. It is different for everyone.

This is what we do on a weekly basis.

And this is what I teach you to do.

It’s not luck, it’s a system. And we follow it to a T.

If you want to learn to dispatch yourself, comment “START”. This is the surest way to keep the most in your pocket!

But we have another system we want to offer. I put together the entire blueprint of exactly how I run my company of 10 owner operators.

It’s called The Fleet Owners Shortcut.

It includes not only the entire guide about how to setup your company/MC correctly, but also building your team - who/how to hire/what exact questions to ask, how to handle settlement statements, choosing your dispatch model, communication with drivers/brokers, your exact roles, how to hire help within the company to scale, how to organize all your digital paperwork (an underrated and absolutely necessary step), the exact paperwork you need to run your business daily (explained & provided), driver retention, building a company that lasts, AND MORE.

You get every document my brother and I use to run our successful company. All 16 documents we use to run our company.

We didn’t hold back anything. You have the plug & play system to start your company tomorrow.

One thing I know for sure is this industry needs more reliable, responsible, and honest carriers who treat their drivers with respect and honesty. This system positions you to be that person.

Comment “FLEET” to learn more about this system.

There’s been a lot of discourse online lately about the numbers I’m posting that we hit on a weekly basis.

The truth is - we do hit these numbers. Week in & week out.

It’s not a mistake, a coincidence, or luck.

It’s because we follow the system we’ve built to a T.

My brother & I dispatch 10 trucks under our authority.

We start looking at the boards at 5 AM PST and we don’t stop until 4 PM PST, sometimes longer if needed.

We see every load that gets posted where our trucks are. We don’t miss a beat.

If you had to dispatch yourself, and your 1 truck, you wouldn’t need to be on the boards as long as we are.

It could take you an hour a day to dispatch yourself. Sometimes more, depending on the week, but not much longer.

If I was on the road, I would have my wife doing this for me.

Because it’s not hard - it just takes certain rules, requirements, and a system to make sure you hit these numbers.

You cannot falter! And you cannot go outside the bounds of the system. Because if you do, your numbers will drop.

The biggest advantage we have is that we stay ahead.

When our trucks are driving a load, I am one, two, three loads ahead of them. I never ever wait until they are unloaded to pick the next load.

The trick is to stay moving. And to stay moving going to places you can get out of.

Our trucks generally have their whole week booked by Wednesday. Sometimes, but not often, on Thursday we are booking Friday loads.

And Fridays are spent booking next weeks loads.

Stay ahead. Stay sharp. Stay on top of it.

This is what we do inside The $7K Blueprint & Partialing for Profit.

It’s how we hit these numbers weekly.

** We do not make truck or trailer payments on behalf of the drivers. They make them for their own equipment. So this net does not include those weekly costs for them. I do not have that information, as that is personal to them, so I cannot provide it. These are the costs taken out of their weekly settlement statements.

We crushed Blitz week!

We hope you all did, too.

I wrote The $7K Blueprint & Partialing for Profit to teach you how to hit $7K weeks. BUT - when you follow the Blueprints of the systems, you can also far exceed those numbers.

I had another truck do $14K this week.

You can learn to do what we do. It’s not hard. But you HAVE to follow the system to hit the numbers we hit.

Comment “START” to learn more. I’ll send you the links to my resources.

And once you grab those, you also have the opportunity to join a private group where I give you mentorship via Zoom once per week.

What would change for you, if you hit $7K+ weeks? And you could learn directly from me?

It’s Blitz week!

And while everyone is hiding & scared, we are out there running as hard as we can.

We make sure our equipment & trucks are in great shape. Level 1’s aren’t scary if you keep your stuff maintained.

And then we hit the road & book great freight.

We’ve been seeing $5-$6 a mile all week!

It’s been an awesome week for every driver in our fleet.

We hope they do a blitz week once a month!!

Get out there and get the $$$!!!

Tony’s Pro Tip: Take your 34 hour reset beginning Saturday night & all of Sunday.

This will allow you to begin every Monday with a fresh & full clock.

And most importantly, it will allow you to be available all week Monday - Friday during shipping & receiving hours.

If you take your reset in the middle of the week, expect your income to be substantially less.

A majority of shippers & receivers are closed on the weekends, so you are not losing the ability to make money when you time your reset this way.

You need to set yourself up to be available as much as possible during the week.

That also means you need to shut down at night so that your availability the next day allows you to be able to load & unload during shipping & receiving hours

The last load you book during the week should set you up to end on Saturday afternoon/evening within an hour of where you are dropping on Monday morning.

So you have time to reload on Monday and get your week started.

Raise your standards to raise your income.
